Excellent car buying experience! I was given space to look around before connecting with a salesperson. When I did connect with Preston Elmer, he did not rush any facet of the experi I was given space to look around before connecting with a salesperson. When I did connect with Preston Elmer, he did not rush any facet of the experience, taking time to thoroughly explain the technology in the new car, going over all the options available and helping me "design" the specific car I was looking for. At no time did he try to divide his attention among other visitors in the showroom nor did he try to handle too many things at one time. All in all, I was treated with respect and provided a very pleasant sales experience. More
