After we refused the deal, they refused to give me my deposit back until I went to the dealership and threatened to make a huge scene. Stay away, they are the car sales stereotype we all hate. They use that silly tactic to get your credit card to "show you are serious" which is just to keep you from walking out when they leave you waiting there while they play games and plan how they will screw you. Honda is too good a car for Honda Motor Company to allow this, but they do allow it. They claim no control over their dealers. How about "knock off the BS or you are not going to get any cars to sell". Greed. More

I test drove several models until I finally decided which car I preferred and I am very happy to say I purchased a beautiful 2013 Accord that fit my budget and style. Worst Experience EVER! Too Good to be True I went in on a Sunday Morning, told them the specifics of what I was looking for. Irfan Mohammed, or Mohammed in the dealership, gave me a number on I went in on a Sunday Morning, told them the specifics of what I was looking for. Irfan Mohammed, or Mohammed in the dealership, gave me a number on a Honda Odyssey, and it was more than I wanted to pay. After discussing with my family, we decided we wanted the vehicle. I called Arthur the next day, and he reassured me that everything that was discussed the previous day, and mind you still in the same sales month, is definitely good. Talked to him three times before I left for about a 50 minute commute each way to sign the papers. I did the credit application online before I left home, just to make sure that the process would be smooth. Smooth it was not, or they think they are very smooth talkers. Preet took over the deal and said he could not do the deal, and it would be $20/mo higher than agreed upon, without any reason other than we can not do that. Irfan came and said we can not do it. Basically saying I know what I said, but it was a lie. Dishonesty is not something I deal with kindly and will probably never use this dealership ever. Be warned. And just check their reviews on other sites, it isn't as rosy as this one seems to be...if this review even makes it to the website. More
