Sold me a vehicle with burned through paint and a scrape on the side skirt when I brought it up it was said it would be addressed before closing but nobody ever followed up then, now I have to pay for a rep on the side skirt when I brought it up it was said it would be addressed before closing but nobody ever followed up then, now I have to pay for a repaint after they tried to sell me paint protection which I declined due to the existing flaws. The sales team was kind and helpful though they’re was not a ton of communication or trustworthiness. Overall good selection of vehicles but don’t bring up any standing issues with any of their used vehicles, the car I purchased was supposed to be certified used and was sold as is. More

The truck we purchased needed work at 2500 miles after purchase. Schaller refused to look at it because it was a week after the sixty days ( but under the 3,000 miles). This terrible customer on a 20,000 dollar vehicle helped me to guarantee I would never purchase another vehicle from them. And we need two more soon ! More
