Avoid this dealership at all costs. ..Took in my mint condition 70k truck for warranty. only 3000 were made in this color and style so it's rare. Dale Snow is bar worse person to deal with. Rude as can be. No class. Customer service manager has no clue at all. They didn't even say sorry for what happened and never fixed it to original. They are awful here. GM forget about it he's to busy. They could have made it right but noooo. Dale snow had the call and now I'm going to take them to court. Bunch of idiots. Don't go here at all. Carlsbad is not far and wow the customer service is amazing. Mossy Toyota will never see me there again and I'll never buy there again. Jerks More
