I was checked in by Ue Vang, who was also very nice, but politely declined to give me the coupon price advertised because I did not have the printed coupon. I do not have a printer, but thought it should be easy enough to check considering that the messaged price was sent to me by Subaru and was the reason I came in for an oil change at this time. The price of service discrepancy is the only reason I did not give this service call top rating. More

I had been looking for a 2019 Acura RDX A-Spec and knew exactly what I wanted. I had looked in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin at numerous dealerships. After having a negative experience at another dealership in the cities, I called White Bear Acura. I dealt with Dan Christopherson & Pia Vang and everything was unbelievably smooth! There was no back and forth that a lot of dealers do. Literally from walking in the front door to having the deposit down for the RDX that was still at the factory was a painless process. There was great communication from Pia throughout the months wait, updating me on when the vehicle left the factory to when it was delivered. I picked it up last night (Oct 31st) and they had everything ready. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was sitting in the car with another salesman going over the setup and learning all the options it had. Finance was a breeze with Chang and everyone was very helpful. This experience has been hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever had. I highly recommend White Bear Acura to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We just "dropped in" on Pia for our initial meeting. He's got a mind like a steel trap. Do not challenge him to a mental contest. He remembers everything you said and he said -- which is great because we know he was listening and translating our needs into a solution for us. Alex shepherded me through the whole process of arranging the lease, orienting me to the new vehicle, and getting the final servicing done. He did a great job! Chang took us through the nitty-gritty of the document finalization and signing. Quite entertaining, he is! All in all, these three were professional while being great to work with! More
