We had an unusual situation in that our salesman was on vacation so the sales manager closed the deal for us, White Bear's sales manager is more helpful, more fun, and fairer than any stereotype people may have of someone in his position. Unsolicited, he sent our daughter home with a very cool set of earphones (not knowing that hers were recently lost in a house fire). He was easy to talk with, non-pressuring and gave us great insights about what car to buy for resale down the road. , More
