Picked up the new 2018 Crosstrek I had a great experience at White Bear Subaru. I traded in my old car to lease a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Everything was pleasant from the minute I I had a great experience at White Bear Subaru. I traded in my old car to lease a new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Everything was pleasant from the minute I met the salesman Anthony Graf outside and dealing with the financing with Pia Vang. They worked with me on the trade-in and financing and I walked away satisfied. The new building has a really nice setup for customers. They have a great selection and even had the Crosstrek I was looking for in the color and options. I couldn't be happier with my new car. I'm getting 31 mpg city and 40 mpg hwy. And coming from a Tribeca that was getting about have of that I'm even more thrilled. More

My car w Long before I was looking for a car, my first experience at Luther was a visit to their service department out of desperation for repair. My car was experiencing many issues that were left-over from a previous dealership I bought from (and will never go back to because of the dishonesty and poor service I received). A place where they complete 161 point inspections but overlook obvious leaking head-gaskets and complete shoddy repair work. Anyway, the car I had was my worst nightmare, and the horrible experience with the previous dealership made me distrust dealerships altogether…until I brought it to Luther. The first day I brought my car to Luther, my car was not running right. At this point, I was on my last straw after bringing it to several shops for multiple costly inspections that came up with no answer to the cause. It would barely start, and was running very rough, barely staying running. I had to limp it over to Luther’s service department early on a Monday morning as it was not in drivable condition. I was so frustrated that morning with my situation (It was running fine the night before) that I didn’t have a chance to call them to let them know I was coming. I went straight to their service department and was helped by Dee. I told him all of the symptoms my car exhibited, and that I would need a loaner to be able to get to work. He did not hesitate to get my car in and set me up with an inspection. He also had mentioned that their loaner cars were all out at the moment, but due to my situation, he worked very hard to get me a loaner car from a rental company they work with. After it was all said and done, I was on my way to work a half hour later. I was impressed with Dee’s quick actions to help me get back on the road, and to work, for which I was already late. Luther fixed my problem that the previous dealership had caused- a disconnected ECU harness from a job they did in January this year. CEL Light was finally gone! Seems like it was such a simple fix, but was causing me a great deal of heartache and cost over several months. Needless to say, this only reinforced my options about the previous dealership and their inaptitude, and gave me a great deal of confidence in Luther. Not long after though, my CEL was back on again, this time I knew it had to be something else. We tried to remedy the issue by replacing the O2 sensor, and the CEL went off. I called Dee about what we had done, and he advised that if it came back on, we should bring it back in to diagnose. Well, sure enough, the code came back on. Due to our confined schedules, the only time my husband and I could get back to Luther’s was just before they closed at 9:00 that same day the light came back on. We rushed to Luther and asked to speak to a manager. That was when we met Pia, the sales manager. We explained our situation and the urgency of getting my car up and running right. We told him we could leave the car overnight and tomorrow so they could look at it, but we would need a loaner car for the next day. At this point, I know most dealerships would have brushed us off due to the impending closing time, and would have told us to come back during their service department hours, but Pia was very understanding and did not minimize the urgency of our situation. Instead, he went above and beyond to help us get our car taken care of so it could be inspected the next day, and he was also able to get us a loaner car so I get to work the next day. Each time we were at Luther for service, we were never pressured to sell our car to them or buy a new car, nor did anyone pressure us to work with them. The service experience alone spoke so largely to us—my husband and I had never had such great service at a dealership, let alone repair shop—that we decided to come back when we were ready to purchase a car. We were so impressed with how Pia had taken care of us in our time of need, that we wanted to work with him when we came to look for a car- So we came back about a month later to finally look for a new car! We came to the dealership first thing when they opened and asked to see Pia, who gladly came to help us! Working with Pia was like working with a good friend of ours. It is easy to see that he truly loves what he does, and he made our car-buying experience comfortable, fun, and thoroughly enjoyable (Which is how car-buying should be)! We told him what we were looking for, and took a couple of test drives. He did not rush us through the process and wanted us to get a good feel for the cars, taking the time to point out differences and features. He remembered everything we told him about things we wanted and things we did not want. Pia was honest and genuine throughout our whole experience. I am a very particular person, and he was patient and happy to answer all of my questions. He found us the car we were looking for, at the trim level we wanted, and most importantly, at the price we could afford. We worked with the rest of the team to finalize the details- Landon was excellent to work with on our financing details, and Chi who did a fantastic job of walking us through the manuals, service intervals, and familiarizing us with the vehicle navigation/features/technology setup! We love our new Subaru Impreza, and cannot thank Pia, Chi, Landon and Dee enough for the best experience you could ask for! We will definitely be back for service and our next vehicle! More

Great Experience! The first dealership I came to was this White Bear Subaru. Moe was extremely helpful and I felt that he was enthusiastic about his work. He was not pushy at all, in fact, he called me back in a couple of days after I told him that I will take my time and shop around. I went to other dealerships around the twin cities (specifically Morrie's and Walser's Subaru). I came back to this dealership and reached an agreement - I was very happy with my purchase and to have worked with the staff, particularly Moe, Pia, and Mike. I hope to continue our mutual relationship as I come to this dealership to handle my vehicle repairs and concerns. More

All-around Wonderful Experience! My daughter is a recent college graduate. She and I stopped in to White Bear Acura Subaru planning to just look at the SUVs and gather some informat My daughter is a recent college graduate. She and I stopped in to White Bear Acura Subaru planning to just look at the SUVs and gather some information about them. After spending a few minutes looking around on our own in their comfortable, bright show room, a very pleasant sales person named Scott greeted us. My daughter had done some research online and we both had questions about the vehicles we were interested in. Scott was very knowledgeable and answered every one of our questions and asked a few himself to better understand how to help us. We also took advantage of watching the very helpful video information explaining Subaru's wonderful eyesight safety option features. My daughter test drove a vehicle, which she was a bit nervous about, but Scott was very calming and reassuring. She loved the vehicle immediately, and had in mind the color and options she was hoping to purchase. White Bear Acura Subaru had the exact vehicle she was looking for, brand-new, with only 20 miles on it! Scott explained the difference between buying to own or leasing, and we chose the leasing option. We went from only looking and learning to having learned a lot, and feeling very happy and comfortable with making an exciting brand-new car purchase! During our time there we were also greeted by Pia, the store manager, and had some pleasant, easy conversation with him. We never felt any pressure at all from anyone. We returned the next day to finalize the paperwork and were helped by another pleasant employee, Karl in the finance department. My daughter's new car was washed and shiny and ready to roll out the door that afternoon! This was a once in a lifetime purchase for us with our daughter, and it could not have been more pleasant or memorable, thanks to the excellent, knowledgeable, and personable people at White Bear Acura Subaru, and their excellent stock and selection of vehicles on hand, ready to lease or purchase. I feel very good knowing that my daughter will be driving such a safe vehicle. And we truly felt like the people at Subaru cared about us; they treated us like family. White Bear Subaru--A Great Experience Shopping at White Bear Subaru was a great experience. I had done my research and was visiting different dealerships to see the cars recommended by Co Shopping at White Bear Subaru was a great experience. I had done my research and was visiting different dealerships to see the cars recommended by Consumer Reports. Since Subaru had the highest safety ratings, I decided to stop by on a rainy Thursday night and take a look around. Chris Allen met me at the door, introduced himself and showed me the cars I was interested in. He demonstrated all the features of the Outback and the Forester and I literally fell in love with Subies. It was kind of late but he took the time to let me test drive a car and I was sure this was what I wanted. We made an appointment for a couple of days later, which gave me more time to think about it. The sales manager Pia Vang stopped by the desk to visit that night and again on the morning I came back. We received a good discount from being members of Costco and retired military. It was all very easy. Chris has gone above and beyond expectations in following up with me to make sure everything in the Twilight Blue Outback is working well and that I understand how to use all the features. It's all so high tech! There's many more conveniences that are built into this car than I'm used to. In a few days, I'll meet with Ryan who will go over everything again just to keep me "in the know." Then there's the affiliated company who will rust proof and ding proof the car. Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this dealership and Chris Allen is the guy to ask for. He's great! I'm looking forward to enjoying years of driving a Subaru. I have to say it handles very well. Taking corners at speeds I haven't been able to do in a minivan is a fun experience. Try it yourself. You'll be in for quite a nice surprise. More

I happily left a few hours later as a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek owner! Everyone I worked with was friendly, personable, and professional. I got a great deal on my trade-in, as well as financing on the car. Everything was explained clearly to me and I didn't feel pressured with an upsell. I feel confident in my decision to purchase a Subaru through White Bear Acura Subaru and will definitely recommend them to friends and family who are looking to purchase or lease! More
