However, when I called with questions, Phyllis Roberts (Internet Dep.) was so sweet and encouraging when it came to all my inquiries. From there, everything else just felt second nature. Jaydin Willis, my sales representative was REMARKABLE. His professionalism, patience, knowledge and care made me all the more confident in my decision to get a new car and I couldn't be happier. He even went as far as warming up the vehicle and walking me through the interior technology before I drove off the lot. Paul Poock in finance was also phenomenal. He made the most overwhelming part of the purchase seamless and provided pricing options that not only allowed me to drive away with amazing protection plans but ones that fit into my monthly budget as well.
