The next morning, I came in and was immediately greeted by Jim's smiling face. He was friendly and attentive throughout every moment of the process. He listened to my incredibly vague outline of what I needed, was patient and understanding while going over my complicated finances and various streams of income, and located exactly the car for me right away. There was some back and forth with the bank, but after all was worked out, I met with Justin to sign all of the paperwork. He was friendly and engaging, and explained everything to me quickly and clearly. The whole process was incredibly efficient on their end. I was lacking some documentation and had some struggles on my end with delivering my trade-in vehicle, which meant a very long day despite their efficiency. Still, everyone I encountered remained friendly, cheerful, and understanding. This was by far the most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. At no point did I feel pressured or manipulated; on the contrary, I felt as though Jim actually cared about me and became a friend. I walked away, despite all odds, with a car that I'm in love with, and a sales experience that I would recommend to anyone. More

The best car buying experience ever We have purchased a few different used vehicles over the years. This car and the experience with the Sales associate Jim was absolutely fantastic. We We have purchased a few different used vehicles over the years. This car and the experience with the Sales associate Jim was absolutely fantastic. We were concerned with our finances and whether our credit was good enough. He was very helpful with all the information we needed to bring and helpful with easing our minds of something working out for us. All of the other dealers have had pushy sales and are never very honest about the vehicle we purchased. Jim was not any of those things. He also went over the vehicle with us to make sure we knew how to use all the features and answerwd any quearions we had. The finance manager David was also very helpful and explained every detail we needed to know. In my experience, sometimes these type of people are not very friendly. Dave was the opposite and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. I would gladly recommend anyone looking for a car to go see you first. Sincerely, Michael Scott More

On my first visit I was greeted at the front by Matt Rogalski. Matt made the process simply and straightforward. Halleen was not my first choice. Your commercials feature free t shirts and Kurt Kia. The other dealer tells me how the prices are clearly marked and fair. Your dealership had many choices, theirs had few. At that dealership, I never got to test drive a car and saw no prices on the cars. it was very important for them to ask me my personal information and how much a month I was looking to spend. Matt and I were in a car test driving before the engine in my car was cold. Matt asked me if I decided to trade in a car, if I wanted to see any other cars and if I had any other questions including pricing and trade in value. I was back on the road with a brochure and the contact information I needed to make a decision. As any informed buyer I had all the financing, down payment and questions answered by the following Saturday when I stopped in to make the actual purchase. Matt made certain the price I paid was fair and the financing was equal to my credit qualifications. I am happy with the sales transaction, the dealership as well as the presentation of the car itself when I drove home. Mike in Brecksville More
