I can't say enough great things about my experience with Teruko, Tyler, and Jordan Lexas. Because we live 2 hours away, all my communication prior to the purchase (on Christmas Eve) was through text, email Teruko, Tyler, and Jordan Lexas. Her personality, passion, work ethic, knowledge, and communication are unparalleled. She was so patient with me as I asked a ton of questions, had her send additional pictures of the car (I purchased a Lexus Certified Pre-owned), and work with me to get the best deal possible. We worked with Tyler on the financing, and it was the fastest process I have ever gone through. Both Tyler and Teruko were the epitome of professionalism and trustworthiness. Buying a car has never been a "fun" experience but this time it was.
