I think Philip did great . But if I had one complaint. The store took forever. Finance department backed up . We got there 830-845 am and we didn’t get finished up until 400pm But if I had one complaint. The store took forever. Finance department backed up . Again, Philip was professional and friendly but it should not take a whole day to purchase a vehicle. Big store , busy place. Be prepared for a long visit. More

These people go above & beyond the call of duty in making sure that you are happy with your service. Not only the service department but paint and body shop also. I have lived in Davidson county my whole life & it's awesome to see what started out as a small family business in the early 1980's has grown to become the best place to purchase a vehicle in North Carolina.
