Over the years Philip has not changed and the same courtesy, efficiency and patience that he as a Salesperson exhibited 9 years ago were of the same high standard that he as a Sales Manager demonstrated this week, thus enabling this 'somewhat on the fence' shopper to remain as part of the Hyundai family. For the vehicle orientation Philip referred me to Mark Stechel, who I was meeting for the first time and this gentleman was the consummate professional in patiently educating me about the various features of the new vehicle and he did so in the most unhurried and detailed manner.
