We have used this dealer since purchasing our first Subaru. The service department is outstanding to work with. They are in touch with you via video before and the service is done. Ben has been the first contact person each time the vehicle is in for service. Always greats me with a smile that can make your day. Goes over everything that is on the service order to make sure it is accurate then lets me know if there is something that may need checking. He also follows up after the service is done. Phillip was absolutely amazing! I was driving my new Subaru Outback from Florida to Minnesota for a funeral when a deer jumped on my hood. Cory (and Dan) were great to work with. I would highly recommend requesting Cory if you go in.
