I do not like that I purchased a vehicle and I was told that the vehicle would be ready at 11 and it will not be ready until after 6. That’s not fair. I’m a nurse that works 48-60 hours a week. 12 hour shi that the vehicle would be ready at 11 and it will not be ready until after 6. That’s not fair. My experience was by far the best that i have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. My sales person Phillip Goodpaster was by far the best and most knowledgeable sales person that i have dealt with. He did everything he could for me and really stepped up to the plate with getting my the best possible deal. I will strongly recommend and refer people to Ferman chevy and to deal with Phillip. The only issue i had with my whole experience was that my vehicle was poorly detailed upon delivery to me. I would strongly suggest to the management that they do something about the detail department. Ferman provides such an amazing buying experience but it does not do it justice to have it ruined by the lack of quality that was done in the detail of the vehicle before it was delivered to me. With saying that this is by no means am i giving the dealership a poor review, this was the one and only downside to my experience. More
