The gentleman who drew up the loan contract should not have that position in my opinion. The APR that he gave me was almost 0.3% higher than what I was initially told it would be, he was rude when certain changes needed to be made to my application in the process, trying to make me spend more money in a condescending way, too afraid or lazy to ask for help until I was insistent on what I wanted (to not spend >$360 for a new tag when I could just exchange it from my old car, etc). It was horrible, condescending to Rachel as well, and did not display professionalism. I try to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was tired but I can tell that this is his personality. He almost lost Chevy the sale altogether. More
