I have been a proud member of the Chris Nikel Team since 2001. I got my start in Used Truck Sales at 11th & Lewis and have found myself in several departments and capacities through the years. My varied background and love for automobiles has recently put in the position of Business Development, heading up the "Change for a Nikel Program". Working for a dealer with such a stellar reputation makes my job easy. Away from work, my wife and two children are my main focus. You can also find me in the kitchen, leading a Cub Scout meeting, or behind a vintage, film camera.

I have had most all of the service work done on the Chrysler 2018 Pacifica I own. I have continued to have serving performed as the group has always been helpful and have keep the vehicle current on al Chrysler 2018 Pacifica I own. This dealership is full of thieves. The service department (The only place my jeep has been serviced since I bought it) has STOLEN the wheel lock of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and has refuse The service department (The only place my jeep has been serviced since I bought it) has STOLEN the wheel lock of my 2021 Jeep Cherokee and has refused to return it. Even after acknowledgment of having it. Since then all of my emails and my phone calls have gone unanswered and ignored for the last 2 months. More

I had to give it 1 star because there was no option for zero. I had my oil changed up there. And no sooner did I leave there the truck was needing oil. My husband had just passed away so I wasn't thinking zero. I had my oil changed up there. And no sooner did I leave there the truck was needing oil. My husband had just passed away so I wasn't thinking. I had to pay my mechanic to come look at my truck. And what did he find. The oil filter wasn't on right. He said it was a turn and a half too loose. Called Chris nikel and they made one excuse after another that they or the tech didn't do it. Typical these days, blame everyone else. Do yourself a favor and don't trust them. More

I purchased my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in September 2018, the next month in October I had to bring it in for shaking at stoplights, and driving incredibly rough. When I took it to the service department they had next month in October I had to bring it in for shaking at stoplights, and driving incredibly rough. When I took it to the service department they had to replace parts in the engine due to a misfire. One of the associates told me that with each replacement part it led them to another bad part in the engine. Just a few months later in May of 2019, while we are leaving our home due to the fort Gibson floods our engine light starts flashing and the jeep wouldn't go past 30 miles an hour. While this jeep was packed with all of our belongings we had to have it towed in for service. They stated that it the transmission just needed a code update. This brings us to February of 2020 the transmission is having incredible harsh shifts so we bring in the vehicle once again. After a few days they stated that it was fixed and it was just a part of the transmission that needed to be replaced. I get in my jeep to leave the service department and it immediately has a harsh shift, I let them know if wasn't repaired. This happened 3 times before they finally replaced my transmission. October 2021 Driving my vehicle I feel that it is yet again having harsh shifts. My wife called and talked to ABEL who stated that the transmission (since put in new by their associates) was covered under warranty that a rental car. along with parts and labor would be covered. The day before our appointment I get a call for a payment on the rental. I explain to Abel that he told my wife it was covered. After a long conversation, including him trying to take this difficult time for my family to sell me another (probably junk car) from Chris Nikel it ended with Abel stating that if I felt that they where doing me wrong that I could come in the next morning (our appointment) and speak to a manager. My wife and I came in the next day and spoke to Dwayne Appeldorn. I explained the phone call I had with ABEL and he made a phone call. As soon as he hung up the phone he told us that the rental would be covered by them. I handed him my keys and he took us across to the garage to enterprise and told us we were good to go. After 8 days of having our vehicle DWAYNE APPELDORN calls me and states that it turns out it is not the transmission and that it is 3 bad engine mounts causing the harsh shift. He stated that I would cost approx 1800. I asked if this means I would need to start paying on the rental. At that moment he told me that I was already up to 345 dollars on the rental and I was being charged daily. He said he would try and work the rental car out of our bill but I would need to approve the work, and he couldn't do anything until he got the bill. I let them repair the car to which they agreed to pay for some of the rental. I paid $1800.22 for 3 yes 3 engine mounts and on my way home the transmission is shifting hard. I tried to call Dwayne he would not answer (which has been typical this entire experience. I left a VM and have yet to receive a call back. The next day I called and talked to ABEL. I explained my frustration for paying 1800 and still having the same issue and he just wanted to get off the phone with me, while repeating (do you want to call the service manager, or do you want me to have him call you?!) I called again and talked to a women in service and she stated that their was no associate in management that would be in for the rest of the day 11/13/2021 and that my call could not be handled by anyone. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM CHRIS NIKEL. I BASICALLY HAVE BUILT THIS CAR FROM THE GROUND UP SINCE I PURCHASED IT." If you take a look at the report that another dealer asked me to retrieve you can see that the jeep had transmission issues BEFORE i purchased it, this was not disclosed to me! Please protect your pockets, and your family from this dealership! So far we have had an incredible experience with DON Carleton Honda, and James Hodge Toyota in Muskogee, great sales associates, whom are very kind, and just wanted to help us More

Went to Auto zone to have the light turned off for FREE ...chris nickel did not even address the light with me....have been telling everyone that I was very pleased with this dealership, not so much now.... I had to get a transmission replaced on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. I spent one month going to two other dealerships. They cannot get it fixed. I went to Chris Nichols they matched me in the exact same Grand Caravan. I spent one month going to two other dealerships. They cannot get it fixed. I went to Chris Nichols they matched me in the exact same loaner car. Robert at the car rental department was awesome and talked me through everything. Philip my service advisor got me back on the road in one week. Thank you so much for putting an end to my nightmare. I will be going to Chris Nichols for all of my service needs from now on. This is also where I'll be buying my next vehicle. More
