Sloppy paperwork, tried to refuse pre-approved coupon, forced me to buy protection package for 4k, kept me at dealership for 5 hours. Sales take forever to close the deal. We were promised to give a second key for the used vehicle but when requested again it was denied. I have been chasing dealerships to get plates and We were promised to give a second key for the used vehicle but when requested again it was denied. I have been chasing dealerships to get plates and we have been delayed in spite of their have it in stock. I think the dealership needs to update the process. For example: Operators should know whose plates are in without transferring calls and provide a proper timeline. More

DO NOT PURCHASE a car from Texan Hyundai. This has been the worst experience of my life. My salesman (Jose Suarez) will not return my call. Jose in Service will not return my call. From Customer Service hanging up on me to No return calls or text. Once they get your money, they don't want anything to do with you. I purchased a 2017 Mercedes GLA250 on 03/03/2022. Here is my personal experience. BE WARE! At time of purchase the following items were to be taken care as agreed upon by Jose - "we will take care of you" • Sunroof not working • No SIM card • Back of Passenger seat the • Tint Windows 3/15 • Per Jose via Messenger o We can take it to Mercedes for you and give you a loaner while they fix it I had tried calling to set up time to get my car fixed with Jose and Service • Jose - Would not return my calls • Service stated I needed to talk to my sales person 3/17 • I took my car to Mercedes where they advised the extended warranty I purchased at the time I bought the car was "blackballed" (Endurance) • Called back to Texan Hyundai and asked for a sales manager spoke to Carlos o Advised that I was not getting calls back from Jose to get my car in to get fixed and that I had taken to Mercedes-Sugarland and the warranty was blackballed. o He stated he would get with Jose and call me back o No call back 3/18 • Still no call back from Carlos or Jose • I called back around 5-6pm. Asked for a sales manager. The receptionist advised no one was available and they were working new deals. Transferred me to a voicemail. • Called back to not transfer me to a VM I needed to talk to someone and explained the situation. He hung up on me. • Called back several times and they would not answer my call • Called back to Service and spoke to a manager and they connected me with Philip Lam • Philip expressed concern and advised to bring my car in the next morning and ask for him - "I will make sure you are take care of" 3/19 • Saturday morning Philip advised I could not get a loaner car and it was a liability. I would have to leave my car but since I could not get a loaner, I could not leave it because I needed transportation to the airport due to travel. o Was advised to bring car back once I got back 4/2 • Took my car back to Texan Hyundai to get repairs • My boyfriend drove to Rosenburg to get me since they told me no loader • Jose was waiting and had a loaner and told me he told Philp he would have a loaner. No one told me and I had my boyfriend drive from Rosharon to Rosenburg when I didn’t have to 4/7 • Text Jose for an update on my car o "they're still working on your vehicle ETA by the End of next week 4/15 • Service (Zach) stated they just rec'd the part that morning and it would be fixed done Monday or Tuesday 4/19 • Service (Zach) stated they are having an Issue with the part • I reached out to Philip to see if he could him - he would follow up tomorrow 4/20 • Zach called and stated they needed a switch and car would be done on Friday 4/22 • Zach told me my car is not there at their service and it was out sourced. He gave me Eric's number • I called Eric and he stated they never brought my car to him until 4/13 the week before. He never advised that they would have the part Thursday and it would be done by Friday and it actually would take 3-5 days to receive • Advised Philip the plates expired 4/18 on the loaner 4/29 • Zach/Service called and advised sunroof still not working and they had to order another part they do not have an ETA • I reached out to Philip and wanted my car taken to Mercedes and wanted a call back • Philip reached out at the end of the day and said he had an emergency. And would call me Saturday morning. 5/2 • NO CALL BACK FROM ANYONE. I called this morning and no answer on Philip’s cell phone. Tried the main phone number twice today and was told he is with a meeting and with a customer. Also asked for the General Manager who also they told me the same thing in a meeting and with a customer. More

I will never go again! So 2 days ago recieved a call that i was pre-approved for a loan to get a 2015 dodge challenger rt, i talked to the guy for about 20 minutes explaining that i have bad credit and i did i was pre-approved for a loan to get a 2015 dodge challenger rt, i talked to the guy for about 20 minutes explaining that i have bad credit and i didnt think id get approved. HE informed me to fill out an online credit application that i would get approved the next morning i recieved a call from there financal speacialist, that in fact me and my wife was approved to come up there and they would have all of my paperwork ready just gotta sign some paperwork and go in the new vehicle. Then a sales person called shortly and said that his manager has already spoken to the bank and all left to do is come up there verify that i am who i am and go hop in my new car, so me and my wife after work set up babysitting for our 3 kids, and headed up there after 3 hours of sitting and waiting and them telling me and her everything was fine we where going to be getting the car, (chano) the sales rep said sorry you did not get approved but they had another car (10k) less that they called the bank and i was approved for so went on a test drive, and decided ya you know what ill take the car, after over an hour of waiting he said hey i dont want to keep yall up here go ahaid and go home and ill call you at 0930 to come pick up the car since i was approved it ii called him at 1145 this morning and asked for an update he said"im busy been busy all day call you later bye" after talking to management it is currently 1500 and not a single call or anything , i am very disappointed in these people for treating a former Army Vet. And ex firefighter this way.ive laid my life on the line for this country to be treated like absolute garbage More

WARNING: YOU CAN'T BE FORCED INTO PAYING FOR THE "WARRANTY" THEY SELL FOR $2000+ THEY SAY YOU MUST BUY!!! James told me I was getting a warranty that covered the paint, windows, and so on...even "WARRANTY" THEY SELL FOR $2000+ THEY SAY YOU MUST BUY!!! James told me I was getting a warranty that covered the paint, windows, and so on...even service and that I could use it at any Hyundai. James said we could not remove the option and they include it with every vehicle that leaves the lot. He explained what a great value it was and that was the line item on the "paper" we signed when we asked. They are now saying that I agreed to pay OVER INVOICE?!!! THEY LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL!!! Please go somewhere else. I can't get a callback and it has been 10 months. Tell them you will not pay for the $2991 "warranty"! If they won't sell you the car then run and buy it somewhere else. We bought a Palisade and even though they were in demand they did have them if we had waited another week. James told us we were getting all of that and more than the $1998 Hyundai offering. USAA sent us there through the buying service and would not let us pay "over invoice". The $2991 is listed as "accessories" on the white paper you initial with them that all car dealers act as if it is some sort of binding document. PLEASE LEARN FROM US AND RUN!!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Frank, we will not return a call...nobody will and they promise they will "get right back to you". We have tried for 10 months in total. 3 months ago we were told, by Hyundai, to contact the General Manager. We have, we spoke, they promised to call back...they don't. Again we call, we speak, they say they are still researching and will call back...guess what...they don't. Again....so...the insanity continues. I waited a long time before posting something publically, but I can't allow someone else to be placed in this position, especially when time and money means so much during the pandemic. More

Big cheaters and deceivers I bought recently a used car from this dealership because of their attractive rates. However, I had bad experience in terms of how the overall my purchase experience went. I’m felt misguided and deceived after the purchase. First of all, I was told by the sales agent that this particular car was Certified however, while signing the documents the Finance manager revealed that its just certification “ready” and I’ll have to pay extra if I need certificate in hand. I wonder why the website as well as sales agent mentioned it being a Certified car! BS#*#*}*}* By the time we were started viewing this car, it was dark and neither sales agent nor I could find a glass chip on the car’s windshield. I found it the very next day. I usually don’t worry about such chips but this particular one was right in front of driver’s seat. This is a purely safety-hazard as it creates split-view whenever there is a car right in front of you. I would have expected any used car to reveal this kind of information upfront - which was missing in this case. This is another instance of mis guidance. Problem is, even after visiting your dealership (hoping they will take care of this and fix it by replacing the windshield)- this dealership showed very absurd response to a recent buyer - folks were laughing with the problem that I reported; their managers were like “sorry boss,now its your car, we cannot do anything now”! I felt so miserable thinking how these same guys were lurking behind me before selling the car and after then after the purchase totally new side of this dealership. Another concern I had - this particular vehicle was so dirty but I was told the appropriate detail will be done at later point. However, later I was told that only wash will be done and even they cannot honor what they said. I don’t understand how a dealership can back-out for these quality measures - especially first time buyer! While I was dealership with these problems - I was annoyed particularly with how rude a dealership’s team can become after selling a car 2 days ago! I hope after reading this you will take pre cautionary measures by staying away from them. More
