First car buying experience I am still processing what an amazing experience I had at Toyota Cedar Park. My parents recommended me to come here (and they are super particular abo I am still processing what an amazing experience I had at Toyota Cedar Park. My parents recommended me to come here (and they are super particular about who they choose to do business with) so that was my first good sign. I did an online inquiry which alerted several Toyota dealerships in/around Austin. Patrick L. was the only salesman who did not harass me with a million phone calls/ emails or lie to me to get me to visit. Setting up an appointment was convenient and they really worked with our schedule. When we arrived, we were greeted by staff (not bombarded like at other Toyota dealerships that will remain unnamed...). The dealership itself is so beautiful, it was immaculately clean and very open. They had a cafe (service/food options were great) and boutique in the back (I did not get to go inside the boutique) and a variety of complementary drinks and snacks. The dealership also has a closed off room for children with a TV and other entertainment, I don’t have any kids but it seems like an amazing feature as sometimes the buying process can take a while. The women’s bathrooms were ridiculously amazing, every toilet had like it’s own little private room, no weird gaps or anything! Back to Patrick, he was so patient with us the entire time and answered every question we had. He took the time to respectfully give us space and consider our options. We were certainly anxious since it was our first time buying a car but the staff (Russell maybe? Can’t remember, sorry) were great, did not pressure us into any decisions and were amazingly transparent with the process. Them being upfront and not going behind our backs was the most important thing for me, I really felt like I could trust them. Philip E. was so helpful in explaining all the features in my car. I am embarrassingly technologically illiterate and even though it was late, Philip went the extra mile to take time and make sure I understood everything I had access to. Last but not least, Joe C, the finance manager was great at wrapping up the process and putting us at ease regarding our financial situation (arguably the scariest part of car buying). I cannot thank Toyota Cedar Park and it’s staff for putting up with our anxiousness and cautiousness as young/new car buyers. I can’t even believe I have to say this but this was the once dealership we didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of or rushed because we are young and vulnerable. I am willing to drive the extra miles to come here and experience their maintenance service, it sounds weird but I’m kind of excited for my first visit! All in all, I am very thankful for the time and patience of the staff and my great experience with Toyota Cedar Park. More
