Jay took care of my paperwork, texted me and called me when the mechanic asked about additional repairs. Professional all the way. I trust these guys because I have been returning to Albany Ford-Subaru si when the mechanic asked about additional repairs. Professional all the way. I trust these guys because I have been returning to Albany Ford-Subaru since I bought my Forester in 2001. I have had the Repairs Department call me to say that they over-estimated and that my actual bill is less than they stated. How's that for honesty?
