I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever! Phil was very informative and he was answering every question of ours patiently. Phil delivered an incredible service to us and gave us a very pleasant experience. He made sure we were aware of each step in the process as I know this interaction of buying a car can take all day. BEST EVER car leasing experience!! From the moment I walked in the front door, this was a customer service dream! I was immediately greeted by Juliana and soon after, introduced to Phil From the moment I walked in the front door, this was a customer service dream! I was immediately greeted by Juliana and soon after, introduced to Phillip Ward, Senior Sales Consultant and all-around great person. Phillip listened to me and gave me everything I asked for and more. From the test drive to the tour of the service department, I received the best customer service ever. He was focused on working with me and no high pressure sales tactics.I was pleasantly surprised at all of the new "perks" in the CRV and Phillip and Donald took time to explain every one. Didn't expect to go home with my vechicle that day, but the comprehensive services (including DMV right upstairs and Juan and Clyde in financing) and contacting my insurance company for me, the transition into my new car was seamless. In addition, they were able to work out the details to terminate my current lease and transfer the car back to the leasing company. Don't forget to bang the gong before you leave the showroom. I've already recommended them to friends and family! :) More
