Covid made me wait a little longer and I finally found a truck I liked. I traded my 2019 Silverado for a new 25 Z71 Silverado with very similar features and just a nice modernization of my 19. I went to Jerry Haggerty cause its close to home and before i went I called 2 other chevy dealers nearby- Ive bought several from another nearby store but not this time!! I met Steve B on the lot after my arrival and told him swtraight up what I was looking for and he made it simple- told me if he could help get me that deal and amount for my car he would. We drove the truck to confirm I liked it enough to own it then introduced me to the owner Jerry and we hit it off talking about cars!! I met the manager Joe D and these guys got with the parts and service teams to confirm on some accessories I wanted and I got a deal better than expected!! We came from Pennsylvania into Miway Airport on a Friday evening and Steve B came to pick us up from the airport!! We found our Yukon online and their offer was great. Over the moon pleased with our purchase from Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet. Put in inquiry about a Silverado, specific trim and color we had seen at another dealer but couldn't get the numbers to work. I was contacted the next day with the specs, and out of door price. Arranged appointment for the following Monday. Bryan contacted me and let me know he was assigned to me and I arrived and we got to work. No upselling, no schmoozing, just pleasant and straight forward. Gave my incentives, they leveraged theirs and the price was more than fair and beat the other dealer by several thousand and that was with the extended warranty. We had a 6pm appointment and were driving off the lot by 7:30p. Bryan, Joe, Ray, Phil, everyone was pleasant and helpful from the first interaction and made the entire transaction simple. They earned our business and will continue to do so! More
