Another great experience at Avondale Toyota I have been going to Avondale Toyota for years and really miss my original Service Consultant Mitch Oler, but I am happy to now have Tracie Seib to h I have been going to Avondale Toyota for years and really miss my original Service Consultant Mitch Oler, but I am happy to now have Tracie Seib to help me with all my service needs. I tried one time checking out Firestone for my service instead of my Avondale Toyota service dept. I never did that again! You cannot go wrong at Avondale Toyota for Sales or Service. I bought 2 cars over the years both from Tommy Severado, I actually asked to have him back again and have referred him in the past. Tracie Seib is my Service Consultant and I would not switch to anyone else!! Thank you Avondale Toyota for all of my car needs, and having Tommy and Tracie there for me. No Surprise... Avondale wins again!! Went to "another dealer" (Hnt: see title of review) and was offered one dollar (literally $1.00) trade in value on my '07 Prius w/ 227k miles because Went to "another dealer" (Hnt: see title of review) and was offered one dollar (literally $1.00) trade in value on my '07 Prius w/ 227k miles because it needed a new brake actuator. ($60 diagnosis fee) "Other dealer" quoted me $3k for the repair (pats / labor) but I declined and found out (via a simple google search) that it was covered under a Toyota Warranty Enhancement Program. (ZG1 to be specific). Took it to Avondale Toyota Service... "Other" dealer's service Mgr. left me a voice mail telling me that wasn't true while Avondale service was fixing my car under warranty. No charge. While it was there I had an oil change and $500 plus dollars of service that I needed for a vehicle with over 200k miles. Picked it up same day. They even gave me a loaner vehicle and washed my Prius. Worth going the extra miles for people who are willing to do the same for me. Thank you Phil, Tracie, Greg & Donald! More

Please understand, I live 2 hours away and drove there each time my 2013 Corolla needed service. Avondale Toyota was recommended to me by a satisfied customer and now it is my turn. In today's world where it seems customer service has gone out of style; it is truly a pleasure to walk into a large business and feel welcomed and important. The customer truly matters to all the employees at Avondale Toyota. . From Kayla-the sweet young greeter at the front door to Elgin Castro who is the nicest, most professional and straight up honest salesman I have ever met; to his boss, Kamal who was very very kind to us; AND to all the service employees=especially Aaron Branch. (I think he's been promoted but still makes the effort to find and greet me and wish me well). Like I said, NOTHING BUT THE BEST FROM THE FRONT DOOR TO THE BACK. That is why I just purchased my 2nd veh there. I will always go back to Avondale. It's worth the drive to get that kind of service and kindness! More
