After receiving notice in the mail of a recall part on my Jeep, I called Hall several times a week for two months straight attempting to get an appointment made. I was always transferred to a voicemail and n Jeep, I called Hall several times a week for two months straight attempting to get an appointment made. I was always transferred to a voicemail and never received a call back. I finally called the recall call center and a rep there was able to make an appointment with Hall for me, 5 weeks ahead. Two days prior to my appointment I called to request further info on the length of time such a repair would take, as I have small children that would have to wait with me. Each time I called (3 times) I was transferred to a voicemail and never received a call back. I arrived to my appointment today and was told that they had not even ordered the part! I had to arrange time off with my employer, pack up 2 small children and drive across town for literally nothing! Hall was aware of the reason for my appointment 5 weeks in advance, and didn’t take the time to order the part ahead of my arrival. No reason was given as to why the part was not ordered, or why I could not speak to a live person via phone. Waste of my time, and my PTO. More

Run! DO NOT Bring your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle in March 4th for a recall service and got my vehicle back completely messed up! And DO NOT Bring your vehicle here for service. I brought my vehicle in March 4th for a recall service and got my vehicle back completely messed up! And the stole my engine cover. I thought I had to drive it for a couple of days to let the "new parts" they claim they put in settle... However up me receiving my vehicle back my vehicle was shaking and in bad condition. My vehicle was doing things and making noises it didn't make prior to dropping it off. I reached out with this concern and the man told me to bring it in so they can see. I went to pick it up and they are try to charge a $200 fee for looking at WHAT THEY MESSED UP! Nothing was wrong with my car and I know they sabotaged my car trying to get over! If I knew they would do this to me and my car I wouldn't have brought it in. They know the exact malpractice that they did! There is no way that a perfectly good car gonna need catalytic converters and an alternator out the blue when no prior signs was there.. and it wasn't on the "inspection" they ran the 1st time. It doesn't make sense nor add up. More

We are on vacation and were having problems with our remote. So we googled the nearest Jeep dealer and drove the 20 minutes to Halls . Upon arriving the greater was very nice and pointed us towards the remote. So we googled the nearest Jeep dealer and drove the 20 minutes to Halls . Upon arriving the greater was very nice and pointed us towards the parts dept . A very nice gentleman asked if we needed help and I explained our problem , he took our remote and had a new battery in seconds . He then explained that it was on them no charge . I would highly recommend Halls not just because we were on vacation and they gave us a free remote battery , I would use them just for how nice the people were . Today that means the world ! More
