Add that to the list of features I wanted, and I wasn’t sure I was going to find what I was looking for. Until I got in contact with Michael, not only was he patient and attentive, but he was also able to answer all my questions and educate me as well. He even went in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule and took his time to go through every feature and button and answer any questions I had. After deciding the 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan was the car for me, he sent me to Phil in financing who was also awesome! He was able to get me a lower interest rate than I had originally signed for and took his time to learn more about my family and how often we drive. He understood how important a reliable, safe vehicle with a good warranty meant to me so he made that happen. I drive my Volkswagen with confidence and am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I could go on and on and have with some friends and family already! As if it couldn’t get any better, not only do I have a vehicle that I love and that has the features I was looking for, but I also have the diamond ceramic cosmetic package for the interior and exterior, as well as a warranty that covers all my moving parts and so much more, & I am under budget!!!!!!! Carson is the most genuine salespeople I have ever had the privilege of meeting and working with. I could not have asked for a better experience at this dealership and Carson was the biggest part of it be the privilege of meeting and working with. After being in a car accident where my beloved car got totaled, I was not super thrilled to be car shopping in the first place and especially wasn’t looking forward to the typical pushy salesperson and feeling pressured into a big purchase. Carson is the exact opposite of that. He is dedicated to finding a car that serves you. He does diligent research, not to use his knowledge to convince you of a purchase, but instead he researches to be able to better serve you and ensure that he finds what you are looking for. He test drove the car I was interested in prior to me arriving so he could familiarize himself with the vehicle, inside and out to make sure he was able to answer any questions I may have. He is friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. He didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day and made sure to help me explore other options I was interested in to make sure I made an informed decision that I felt good about. His genuine nature and dedication completely changed my outlook what car shopping can be and I absolutely LOVE my new car.
