Peter was very helpful. He showed us multiple options and the test drive was smooth and efficient. Once we decided to buy the car, then the wait began. We did not finance the vehicle, but still had to wait for the finance person to sign all of the same forms. We were there over three hours, through the dinner hour, mostly just sitting there waiting for the last two hours. I’m not sure if we were waiting for the finance person or for the detailing. It felt like they were stalling. Perhaps there were others customers in the back, but the showroom was pretty much empty. They said it would be “a few minutes” and they would “be right back.” They didn’t seem troubled that we had to wait so long to purchase the car. Our experience at CarMax was much faster. More
