We had already researched the vehicle we wanted and found what we were looking for at several dealerships in the metro. The first two places we visited to try the car were awful. We liked the car but not the dealership and felt if we purchased the car we would have many problems with them should the car start acting up. One was aggressive and manipulative and the other was unprofessional and honestly, idiotic. We wanted that car but my husband said, “I don’t want to feed them.” So when we arrived at WB Subaru (unannounced-we did not make an appointment) we had very low expectations and if this place was as bad as the rest we were going to just buy the car online and not have to deal with improper ignorant sales staff. But from the moment we arrived we were treated extraordinarily well. From the sales manager (Pia Vang) to our salesman (Scott Andrews) to our finance (Peter Yang), our experience at WB Subaru was unparalleled. They were friendly, knowledgable and really took the time to answer our questions. The whole staff was genuinely engaging and made the usually stressful transaction of buying a car actually quite enjoyable. It was a smooth streamlined experience. You could tell these guys knew what they were doing and didn't hate their jobs. The pricing was both fair and clear and we never felt pushed to purchase anything extra although the opportunity to do so was offered but not aggressively so. They were able to take NO for an answer and not keep pushing. Given the fact that we had showed up unannounced the car we chose was still very clean even though they had no notice we would be arriving to test drive that particular car. They keep their inventory looking smart! We feel confident that should any problems arise in the future with our purchase (we don't foresee any but you never know) that the staff at WB Subaru will keep their word and make it right. I will point any friends/family to WB Subaru in the future. More

I got a great car, but that's more due to Acura's standards than the dealership. Here are some of my "meh" moments. -my salesman was obviously new and wasn't very knowledgable about my car -the w standards than the dealership. Here are some of my "meh" moments. -my salesman was obviously new and wasn't very knowledgable about my car -the wait to get the papers signed was really, really long. I know it was a holiday weekend, but you would have thought they'd have had more people working. He also wasn't very friendly -when I picked up my car, I had to wait over an hour (yes, HOUR) even though they knew I was coming and there were no other customers at the dealership -I called back about 3 weeks later about something that wasn't right with the car (which I was told I could do for 30 days) and the gentleman on the phone was beyond rude. I think he figured that I wasn't going to be making him a commission and my check already cleared so he could be dismissive and it wasn't money out of their pockets Good things -Acuras are amazing cars. I've owned 3 now and never had a complaint. -The detailing job was wonderful (minus a piece of chocolate stuck under the back seat) More

Is was really fast and easy to call, schedule a time to meet and drive away in a few hours. Quick and easy to work with. Let me do an extended test drive with no hassle. We visited WBAS to look at and test drive the RDX and MDX with intent to buy closer to December. Not only were the people great, the MDX is simply amazing to drive. After a short visit to another branded de with intent to buy closer to December. Not only were the people great, the MDX is simply amazing to drive. After a short visit to another branded dealership to confirm our feelings we returned to WBAS and bought our MDX. Jay was fantastic to work with, no pressure, very helpful, and he kept us informed over the next few days while our options were added and installed.
