Hello, my name is Peter Stevenson, and I started in the automotive industry at age 19 as a service department porter moving cars around the shop. Excellent customer service is my goal, and I enjoy helping and meeting new customers daily. On days I am not at the shop, I spend my time with my beautiful wife and my wonderful son doing family things.

The issues that I have with Freeman Toyota are not with Peter as I know that he is only the middleman between the technicians and myself. The entire issue that I have is with the service department and the Peter as I know that he is only the middleman between the technicians and myself. The entire issue that I have is with the service department and the techs. I am grateful that I was finally taken seriously this last time that I was at Freeman, but it took THREE TRIPS for that to happen, and I was still almost sent home with a vehicle that they had claimed to have fixed yet didn't. On my service sheet it was stated that the "technician can only suggest to make sure that nothing is too close to door when closing" suggesting that I was the problem and not being attentive when closing my liftgate. I am a "let-me-try-to-fix-it-myself-first" type of person. I looked up message boards, read my user manual, and tried to find YouTube videos before even scheduling my appointment with Freeman Toyota. So as soon as I saw what the technician had written on my receipt, I KNEW my liftgate was still not fixed. So, to double check the technicians’ job, I opened my lift gate and tried to close it. It didn't close. I took out the net that could "be in the way" (which it wasn't) and it didn't close. I took the time to remove every single object out of my trunk and low and behold, it didn't close. I had to go get my service advisor to let him know that the techs who have had my car from 7AM to 1PM still hadn't fixed my issue for the third time in a row. Luckily my advisor was able to talk to his supervisor and I was able to get a loaner car so that they could finally focus on the issue at hand and stop assuming that I am just too much of an idiot to close a liftgate to a car by myself which is why I have given two stars instead of one. So, if you make it to the bottom of this review, ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE TECHNICIANS WORK to avoid potential frustration and disappointment. Make it a habit to thoroughly review the technicians' work before leaving the repair shop. If you don't, they may rush to hand you your keys without the issue being fully addressed, leaving you to discover the problem still exists when you have already left their shop. More

They finished my pickup and it runs well. I feel that it took too long and I couldn’t reach Ines Topic and she would not return my calls. I would recommend using this dealer in a pinch as I h I feel that it took too long and I couldn’t reach Ines Topic and she would not return my calls. I would recommend using this dealer in a pinch as I have no knowledge of who to use in that area that would be reputable, however their customer service could be better. More

I am always treated well and everyone is very professional. The service center is clean including the Ladies Room, which is often neglected in many places. That tells me the smallest details are professional. The service center is clean including the Ladies Room, which is often neglected in many places.
