Peter is like family since that day, any time I had to switch cars he's been nothing but attentive and helpful in providing the right guidance and assistance. Any time I need a new car, I can text him and he will reply within seconds, he's communication is top notch. Peter's honesty makes buying any car / trading a car a breeze. This time he connected me with Kelvin Miller who was amazing to work with and Peter provided a great value for my trade in vehicle. Spoke with Kelvin on a Friday and was able to go in the very next day. The whole time Kelvin make sure everything was taken care for and assisted in every step, making the process seamless. Kelvin went above and beyond on getting a great deal despite the car shortage. If you need a lease/new or used car I would recommend Kelvin and Peter. They both treat you like family and keep in touch even after the purchase. Overall amazing service and environment. More

Just got a new MDX 2020 from Thomas NG he is great salesman but not a honest one he lied to me about the new body type not coming out until late summer of 2021 I really wanted that car told him 3 time salesman but not a honest one he lied to me about the new body type not coming out until late summer of 2021 I really wanted that car told him 3 times I was interested in the new body type he want to make the sale so he pushed me into the 2020 And when I brought to his attention that he didn’t tell me the truth he totally flipped on me totally denied it act like an xxx and played a defensive role and insulted my intelligence I won’t be buying any more Vehicles any further from paragon after 6 cars from Honda and Acura I will be going to try a different dealer when I asked them about the new body type coming out in February he told me the car was very pricey not something a salesman would normally say to somebody and that moment I knew o was lied to I’m sure the dealer wouldn’t be happy to hear that how does he know what somebody can afford and that’s their decision to make at the end all I want is honesty from my salesman and Unfortunately he lied to me to make the sale and if he would’ve waited till February I would’ve bought the new body type from him either way If you’re looking for on a salesman go to a different dealer The service department is a disaster the only reason I continue to go back is because I felt I was dealing with a good guy who wind up screwing me at the end I end up Listening to my salesman and not doing my own research and not going to speak to the general manager on my own cost me and I didn’t get the car that I really wanted because I was lied to by my salesman And unfortunately The only mistake I really made was trusting my salesman and I feel I’m probably responsible for that but at the same time just know you’re not dealing with an honest man here More
