It was really hard making a decision on a car I wanted but I finally made up my mind to purchase a Acura MDX. I started searching on line and found Acura-Paragon to have the best prices. Many places I ca but I finally made up my mind to purchase a Acura MDX. I started searching on line and found Acura-Paragon to have the best prices. Many places I called either didnt want to speak to you unless you came in and or you showed up and the cars listed were not available. When I contacted Paragon my husband spoke to Peter Pazmino he found him honest and took the time to talk to him. We decided to take a trip to New York and didnt buy the car on-line but found another one that we loved. I just found Peter to be pleasant and it was easy to feel comfortable and honest with him. I really felt that he was being as honest as posible and really was willing to show us all the cars that fit our budget. He didnt make you feel pressured to buy anything which was really nice. Peter was very professional and we really appreciated the time he took to help us find the right car for us. I also wanted to say that Wendy (forgot her last name) she was the individual that went over the car features once we bought it. I really felt that she was so pleasant and her personality was so uplifting. She was very helpful and really took the time to go over everything with us. The dealership was about to close and she stayed with us to make sure we understood everything. Overall experience was great! I really dreaded looking for a car but my experience at Paragon changed my perception of buying a car. I love my car and would definatly look at Paragon if I need to purchase another vehicle. While purchasing an RDX at Paragon, I spent time with three different people. My initial contact was with Peter Pazmino. I told him the car I wanted and gave him my budget. Within hours, he came back to me with several options and was willing to work with me. He is a very good salesperson, extremely responsive and was a pleasure to deal with. My primary contact while at the dealership was Frank Lopez. I've purchased a number of cars in the past 20+ years and I've never worked with a more complete professional. Frank is honest, hard working, responsive and an overall great guy who understands the importance of top-notch customer service. If you go to Paragon, I strongly recommend insisting that the Peter/Frank combination be your sales team to ensure all goes smoothly. My last contact was with Wendy Deshais. Wendy's job was to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle. She has a complete understanding of the techonology packages and does an outstanding job sharing her knowledge. Her terrific personality made an already great experience even better. My overall experience was absolutely fantastic and well worth the trip to Queens. More

I have Leased 4 cars from Paragon. My last 2 cars I purchased from Peter Pazmino. To me he is the best to deal with. Very polite and willing to do whatever it takes to close the deal. As long as he is purchased from Peter Pazmino. To me he is the best to deal with. Very polite and willing to do whatever it takes to close the deal. As long as he is there working with jean and murat(manager) I will continue to buy my cars there. Wendy is very pleasant and knowledgeable of the Acura Line and could teach you anything you want to know about your car before leaving the lot. More

What a Great Experience!! I just got a new Aura Rdx and far one of the best purchases that I've made. I was greeted by Peter Pazmino and he made me feel very comfortable right away. I told him that I was n far one of the best purchases that I've made. I was greeted by Peter Pazmino and he made me feel very comfortable right away. I told him that I was not in a rush and he completely respected that. (I actually ended up coming in three different times before I have got the car and each time he took his time and answered all of my questions) At first time that I told him I was coming in, he had the car that I wanted to drive pulled up and ready to go for me. I was comparing a few different cars but the Rdx and the service was what sold it for me. I told Peter where I wanted to be (after doing my research online and discussing it with my wife) and after negotiating for the monthly payment he did is best and I got me a great offer. The financing went through very quickly and Jean Maurilus was a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to showing off my New Rdx and have already told a few of my friends about it, and bragged about the deal that I got. I highly recommend going to Paragon Acura for your next vehicle and if you can work with Peter, it will be in your favor!!! Love the Car, Thank you!! More

After going to many dealerships someone recommended Paragon Acura. From the moment I walked in the whole staff greeted me making me feel so comfortable. They then introduced me to Peter Pazmino, whom was the most honest, informative salesperson I ever met. I was so impressed with him. We made a deal in just about an hour. He then brought me to meet his manager Murat Deljanin also nice as can be. They both made this transaction so easy and fast. I must say the whole staff even the receptionists were such lovely people and it was such a pleasure to deal with all of them. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. More

I have to say it was well worth the trip from Brooklyn to Woodside to Paragon Acura. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was so impressed. The staff made you feel so comfortable. I was introduced to Woodside to Paragon Acura. From the moment I walked into the showroom I was so impressed. The staff made you feel so comfortable. I was introduced to Peter Pazmino whom was the such an honest person I explained to him my situation and within one hour the deal was made. I leased a 2010 Acura TSX. He arranged it to be ready for the following day, everything was done when I came to pick it up I once again was so impressed. Ialso had the pleasure of meeting his manager Murat Deljanin a great guy. What a team they are!!. This is my first Acura purchase but I can assure you there will be many more I told all my friends about Paragon so when their leases are up they will be going there. I have to thank you for all you have done and for also following up to see how I like the car, (very professional). Your dealership deserves 5+++++++ stars Joanne More

I went to purchase a used base model TSX as I thought there was no way I could afford the 2010. I had numerous dealers to visit that day but the treatment and the deal that I got at paragon there was no there was no way I could afford the 2010. Peter Pazmino was great unlike other salesmen I have encounterd in the past. It was so easy to communicate with him and express your concerns. Jean the Financial Manager must also be commended. I spent almost the whole day trying to make up my mind and at no time did I see Peter getting impatient. when I picked up the car he spent a lot of time going over the features. Upon leaving the dealership the Manager,Peter,Jean told me that I should not hestitate to call them.I now consider myself part of the paragon time. Best Dealership. More

I had been approved for an "upgrade" program that Acura has going at this time. I had a preowned 2004 Acura MDX that I had to give up due to tight personal financial reasons and more that, the loan for it has going at this time. I had a preowned 2004 Acura MDX that I had to give up due to tight personal financial reasons and more that, the loan for it at the time was more expensive than what the street value of the truck was worth - don't get me wrong, I still and believe that I will always miss that MDX. It worked beautifully, never EVER had any problems in the three years I had owned it....sniff, sniff - we do miss her!! Well to continue, it was about that time that my wife needed her own ride anyway and this opportunity had became and win-win-win for the entire party. Straight to the point - Peter Pazmino, Jean Maurilus and their team had bought out my auto loan, they used the remaining value left of my old baby MDX including extra money we put down very well negoiated in efforts to be comfortable with monthly lease payments for a brand spanking new 2010 Acura RDX! They worked out a great deal for us and both Peter & Jean has been nothing but an excellent sales people and very informative when it comes to customer service. They have been always attentative to our needs and checked up on us every once in a while to make sure my wife and I are pleased with the RDX - we had already decided that we're going to buy out the RDX later on. Peter was excellent at explaining & showing all the bells and whistles of my wife's car and Jean was terrific with us on the financing loan process. Also, I had already decided myself that once I'm back on my feet, I'm going back to get that new 2010 Acura MDX - I swear, they've changed everything compared to the 2007-2009 models including replacing that darn, goofy grill that I've hated. People had voiced their opinions, Acura had finally listened. Check them out, hopefully you'll have a great experience as we did. Best of luck! More
