Even though I went in for an Audi, it’s clear they have a strong selection of quality used vehicles across the board. Pete took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions honestly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about matching people with the right vehicle, not just making a sale. If you’re in the market for an Audi or any quality used car, I highly recommend asking for Pete. My initial experience was fine, up until the point I decided to purchase the car and agreed on a price. When signing the Bill of Sale, I noticed a sneaky $995 charge for a service we never agreed to nor decided to purchase the car and agreed on a price. When signing the Bill of Sale, I noticed a sneaky $995 charge for a service we never agreed to nor was it ever mentioned, which I had to ask them to remove. The second issue occurred when I picked up the car and found it had low oil. No one had checked it, and they directed me to a nearby Porsche dealership to get the oil topped off, which was closed. Consequently, I had to drive home with low oil. With that said, the car was fairly priced and we love it, but I was not impressed with the overall experience. Not a good vibe when spending that kind of money. More
