Recently purchased a car from Peter Jakob at BMW of Barrington. Setting up a time to come in I warned Peter that he was either going to hate me or impress me by the end of the day. I fully expected the former, based on prior experience with dealerships. I was clear what my requirements were and wasn’t going to budge. Without getting into too many details of an extremely long day butting heads; Peter went to infinity and beyond making sure all of my requirements were met and I was leaving with my new car.
