I bought Recharge XC 40 - I was charged protection fee 389.00 without any explanation. When I asked for documentation to see what is covered under this fee. She said our printer is not working and I will 389.00 without any explanation. When I asked for documentation to see what is covered under this fee. She said our printer is not working and I will email you. Three weeks later I received no email. Also, I am texting my salesman to get status of ChargePoint charger that was supposed to be delivered at home address in a week . So far, I didn't received the ChargePoint and I am paying to get this car charge. Yesterday, I spoke with Manager - Peter. He said I am busy today but I will call you before noon tomorrow ( which is today 9/1/2021) now time is 3.20 so far no phone call. I am very disappointed with this dealership please do your home work before you go there. You SHOULD NOT trust them More

FOUND THE RIGHT CAR FOR ME I'd like to just start off by stating, I have been interested in getting the Volvo XC90 since the new body design introduction in 2016, who hasn't tho I'd like to just start off by stating, I have been interested in getting the Volvo XC90 since the new body design introduction in 2016, who hasn't though. I have done my research and my homework on this car and Edduin was readily able to answer any and all questions I had, he understood there was a specific model type and trim level I was looking for, that helped narrow down the extremely large list of available cars to 4 that met my criteria guidelines. It lowered my anxiety tremendously and made me feel like I was finally in the right dealership to complete my search for the car of my dreams. With the involvement of Peter, Karen, and even the general manager Steve, I was blown away by the teamwork displayed at this dealership, it is second to none !! I've never seen an entire staff be so proactive in helping me figure out what was the best car for me and my financial situation. That reduced the list from 4 to 2 and the rest was up to me. I didn't just get any car out on the lot, I got the car I really wanted. No bait and switch tactics were attempted, they saw how determined I was to get this car, and I am just truly thankful to their efforts to get it done. More
