Paul Carasco and Peter Fernandez were extremely helpful. I needed an engine rebuild and other things. It was expensive but everything was explained to me and I received discounts where possible. It started with attempting to get an appointment to bring my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after sometime. Finally got somebody to come out and look at the tire. They checked the warranty and said it wa my vehicle in to have a tire replaced after sometime. Finally got somebody to come out and look at the tire. They checked the warranty and said it was covered and that bring the car back which I did at 9:30 AM, then I was then told As soon as Toyota approved the tire they would install it after 4 1/2 hours. I finally was able to pick up my car. The service at North Hollywood Toyota is questionable. I’ve yet to have a good experience there. More

Difficult. Had a 7 am appt time and showed up at 645. Prior to 7 am they were bringing in cars that arrived after I did. I popped my head out of the car to ask Had a 7 am appt time and showed up at 645. Prior to 7 am they were bringing in cars that arrived after I did. I popped my head out of the car to ask if I needed to check in inside and was told "no" and then another time totally ignored by another employee, which of course made me feel like a completely insignificant idiot. Not sure why I was made to wait. The pricing also was absurd. Way over priced. I was quoted $1335 for 4 tires that I found at discount tire for $805. I am sure I got taken during the service maintenance process. I just feel like "Grab your ankles you're going to Noho Toyota...." I have NO Trust of these people. Will probably be looking for other options for cars going forward. Lousy experience over all. More

I have always felt that my car is in good hands here, and it is still running great after 10 years. That said, my last interaction has me questioning future recommendations based on their recordkeeping syste it is still running great after 10 years. That said, my last interaction has me questioning future recommendations based on their recordkeeping system. The service rep made a point of telling me how 'cool' their system was because he could see all of my past services (which I would expect to be the absolute bare minimum) then told me based on visually scanning through years of services that it looked like I had never had an important/significant maintenance service I was multiple years overdue for. When I countered that it didn't sound like something I would have passed on repeatedly he looked again in each individual service record and found that I had indeed had the service. If I had been less forceful I would have gotten an expensive service that I did not need simply because the service rep was unable to quickly and reliably see what I was due for despite the fact that I have only ever frequented Toyota dealerships. Replacing obsolete records systems is a major investment, but I would not expect to have such issues at the dealership - perhaps 20 years ago but not today. More
