Dropped my truck off Monday evening. Wednesday morning I checked in on my truck ,and I find it sitting in front of one of there employees houses for over twenty minutes. So they let there employees take customer vehicles home when they are in possession of your vehicle. Not a dealer ship I want to be affiliated with anymore. More

I did not mean to delete my 2 reviews on Pat Millenkin Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and mess Ford. They have the worst customer service, they fastify car fax which was taken off after an investigation. I have all the call logs, email and messages of me trying to get hold of a manager, still to this day no response. They claim I was out of warranty but was well in warranty the 2 day's after I received my vehicle back and was told they did everything. But come to find out they didn't. It's crazy how they tell customers that they can't get them in for months but where are those months going for the customers ? Sounds like a rip off game. And to answer Jordan question why wouldn't you guy's fix it under Ford's dime ? Well smart customers know under warranty the dealership don't get same amount as if a person paying out of pocket. It was also a manufacturer customer satisfaction program #20A07 for transmission that was suppose to add another year to my warranty but it never was. Then why lie on my carfax and said you checked my car but how when I had it moved because you was trying to get me to pay for another diagnostic test when the first one was never done. Sad how you guy's are telling people to come in months after the first call then when they warranty runs out oh now they can bring it in ? SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS. More

Looking back at my experience- they solved my issues. I purchased my used Lincoln Navigator from a neighboring car dealership several miles from Milliken Ford. Before the purchase I made a deal with the s I purchased my used Lincoln Navigator from a neighboring car dealership several miles from Milliken Ford. Before the purchase I made a deal with the salesman that if any issues come up with my Ford certified inspection ($100.00) that he would pay for all/any repairs. Car inspection passed. Moving forward, YEARS later my engine starts making a ticking noise on acceleration. I figured that I would take it to Milliken Ford. I work crazy long hours and was able to drop it off after hours. We had a couple minor hiccups along the way/repair but Jordan and Pat Lyons made it rite! Extremely fair, professional and accommodating. Thanks Again for Fixing/Eliminating my Engine Noise/Issues.
