Agreed to a price point on the phone with Cristina. They come back with a number that is $9000 higher! I was very specific and the offer clearly stated what was included in the agreed price. Just read the REAL reviews of this scammer dealership and you'll see this is a trend with them. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than give them any of my business. Absolute xxx operation. More

I’ve leased three cars from planet Honda. My current lease has four months left. I was texted by my original sales person that told me they could get out of my lease now and get me into a new one. He to lease has four months left. I was texted by my original sales person that told me they could get out of my lease now and get me into a new one. He told me he would get back to me immediately. Never texted me back and when I called him the following week and left a message on his voicemail he still never called me back. His name was Peter. I called his sales manager named Danny. He apologized and told me that he would take care of it for me. He gave me a ballpark idea what a new lease would be and told me to come in and test drive the vehicle. I stopped by one afternoon to look at another car wrote the stock number down and reached out to Danny telling him that this was the vehicle that I want to get numbers on that I’d be interested in leasing. He told me he would get back to me very shortly with the numbers. This was two days ago and I still have not received any contact whatsoever. Absolutely shocked and blow A way that not only are they not aggressively looking to sell cars I guess but worse is they’re treating good customers that plan on getting two new cars from them this poorly. When I called the salesman I didn’t receive a call I certainly felt that the sales manager would give me the proper attention but in the long run I received the same poor follow up or lack of follow up from both of them. I’ll be taking my business to another Honda dealership. And the sad thing is that I told many people how good Planet Honda is. More
