The staff at the West Covina dealership are amazing! ! They were very friendly, patient, and even patient and interactive with my son (7) My sales guy Victor was was awesome and easy going . They manager Emmanuel and the G.M were awesome and both went above and beyond, to ensure I was happy with the beautiful vehicle that I had chosen. Ken Phan the car salesman was friendly and professional. These guys take it to another level. Few words to explain their comportment: disgust, annoyance, arrogance, and indignation. The finance manager was so arrogant and dismissive for no reason. The deal was easy and simple it took less than two hours. They tried to sneak in upsells and were unsuccessful maybe that’s what upset them. Ken Phan, the car salesman, was friendly and professional, but he didn’t mention the broken car key or the fact that it didn’t come in a pair until after we signed—classic old-school dealership tactics. Having worked at several dealerships myself, I know the drill, but this experience was on another level. The staff’s attitude can be summed up in a few words: disgust, annoyance, arrogance, and indignation. The finance manager, in particular, was arrogant and dismissive for no reason. Although the deal was quick and simple, taking less than two hours, they tried to sneak in upsells but were unsuccessful—maybe that’s what upset them. They seemed to assume that since the car was a great deal, I should just do whatever they said. After lowballing me, they reluctantly knocked off $300 to fix a dent, but that amount ended up going toward new keys, and I still have to pay for the dent myself. As they say, the house always wins. More

Joshua was the best sells person I’ve ever had encountered. Finance department is awful bought my Audi 7/6 had a trade in and till this day 7/27 no payoff check/ACH has been received. I’ve been c encountered. Finance department is awful bought my Audi 7/6 had a trade in and till this day 7/27 no payoff check/ACH has been received. I’ve been calling finance and only get transferred to a voicemail that is full I left verbal messages and no call back, I went in the dealership and they said they email someone and would call me back and NO one has called. At this point they have breached the contract to top it off I also left a message to have the GM call and nothing . I’m stuck paying 2 car payments.. Audi West is awful when it’s comes to finance and GM helping after your purchase. But if you have to go there ask for a Joshua. More
