First of all I like the name Dallas Lease Returns...most of the cars are lease returns which means they were well taken care of because people who lease cars don’t want to be dinged with repair costs at the of the cars are lease returns which means they were well taken care of because people who lease cars don’t want to be dinged with repair costs at the end of their lease return! Secondly ..their building and the presentation of their cars is first class clean and orderly. And thirdly...my salesman Pete, from the get-go was relational positive professional knowledgeable and just fun to talk to. He was proactive without being presumptuous towards me as a potential buyer. He gave me space to look around but was available when I needed to ask a question. I ended up buying a beautiful car from Pete and Pete offered to help me with real value..ie..he came and picked me up in order to come get the car...he provided new car mats because one was missing ....he told me he has been in the industry for some 28 years and he understands, from my perspective that his currency is people not cars.... Found the car we wanted on the website, called Pete and few texts and emails later he had everything ready to go in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend you deal with Pete. He's awesome.. very kind, and totally up front without blowing smoke or trying to use any high pressure sales tactics. We live 250 miles away so we had to pick up the car the following day. Pete went out of his way to meet us there for delivery on his day off. I will be buying all of our vehicles from Pete Hankins and Dallas Lease Returns from now on! More
