when i went for pick up noone there to explained and ask questions about my van's problem i did not get the answer or service team was not the there to speak to me and they are only matter for charging the questions about my van's problem i did not get the answer or service team was not the there to speak to me and they are only matter for charging the customers.... and i did not understand if i use my CARD they are charging 3 % up charging. but manage name Pete came out explaining to me and he was very helpful and hope he call me back for my car's problem. they need new cashier.... starting new ownership need a lots of change need to be happening soon. i love this brand of cars but this is what SA can offer me? i will change my personal car and company cars also..... More

The service manager lied to my face about an issue with my vehicle. He let me drive off knowing that there was a problem and then denied it. I was told by management that they would be helping me out but s my vehicle. He let me drive off knowing that there was a problem and then denied it. I was told by management that they would be helping me out but so far nothing has been done. I have been ignored and dismissed, and feel lied to yet again. I don't understand how a company can run on business practices such as these. More

Accountability. That’s what I’m looking for when I come to a service department for my brand new vehicle. The only thing I’m trying to do is maintain my factory warr That’s what I’m looking for when I come to a service department for my brand new vehicle. The only thing I’m trying to do is maintain my factory warranty. When I discover that I am charged for a service that is meant to maintain my factory warranty. Invoiced and charged. Then discover 10 minutes later when I drive home that my service wasn’t even done. Very concerning, considering the invoice showed that my service was done, I was told by my service representative that the service was completed. Only to discover after about five hours of being at the dealership service department and driving home a short 3 miles that the service were completed that I was charged for. I think it’s extremely concerning a new takeover of management and title change of the dealership that the technicians are charging for services that they are not completing. I can only wonder how many other people did not notice that they were not given the services that they were charged for. I’ve been told that Pete is the new service Director of this dealership…. i’m looking forward to a conversation with you about a pattern of concerning work that is done by your technicians.
