I had an issue regarding something that was completely outside the business of mossy Toyota even though it happens on their property one of the employees over there and the security guard influence me in outside the business of mossy Toyota even though it happens on their property one of the employees over there and the security guard influence me in a really bad situation that I was in with no money being thrown out of storage to sell them the bike that I had tied to the back of my car that belong to my son I went in and I spoke to Toyota Marcy Toyota's main manager that works in the customer service department her name was Gina she said that this has nothing to do with our company but she would try to help me I felt angry that she didn't tell me more but I got a little loud with her but I called her later and apologize and she took my call and was very sympathetic to the situation she promised to try to help me get my boys bicycle back and I read her five stars for even taking my call from the way I spoke with her rudely I'm from Brooklyn New York and I usually am very rude but God bless this woman no matter what happened and tell her I said I'm sorry for my attitude towards her and my behavior of Russian in her dealership which was very clean and beautiful cars and excellent employees were very protective over her so that tells you she's a good person and well respected Neil More

I’m really sorry to write unpleasant experience with this dealer today and I’m still not believing that a dealer sending fake Quotation and asking customers to come for purchasing a car and confirming availa dealer today and I’m still not believing that a dealer sending fake Quotation and asking customers to come for purchasing a car and confirming availability but than when you get here they says sorry the car is not available our sending email and texting was completely doesn’t make sense. In addition making appointment for test drive at 10:00am but when the customer get to the dealership from long distance LA and waste a day to make deal that has been done almost 90% online than the dealership says sorry that the car is not available so put yourself instead of me and think if it happens with you then what will you do? I’m sorry to say that but unfortunately I realized miss management and unqualified people leading this dealership which is not aware of his dealership stocking and what’s going on there . Regarding this situation I’m not just writing this review and attaching evidences and supporting documents from dealer, I will share my unpleasant experience with BBB ,other organizations and Toyota customers feedback review as well as dealership google reviews. Hope my feedback brings different perspectives on dealership for customers and management. Not appreciated at all and never recommend anyone to come here or deal with it. More
