They forgot to include it in the original transaction while filling out paperwork. They mailed it twice and i mailed it back. I have a series of emails where i said i refuse to sign the title until they fix title and paper work to reflect what was agreed upon and signed for. Carrie was extremely rude and not willing ro help. She flat out said to bad she wont fix anything(i have all this in emails). I said i wont sign tje title then. Then some how the title got signed. I didnt do it. The only way is if they signed my name illegally. I have all the emails from first hello to the final "screw you" I wrote this update because of a reply from inner grove toyota. That states they do everything to fix any situations where there customer is unhappy.. False they didnt do anything.. they made it worst by signing my name on the title Lied to get me in the store (it was supposed to be 0 interest) Said they got fixed the situation and took the interest off and that it lowered my monthly cost( they just jacked up the price of the car a few thousand and extended the payments another year. The xar was supposed to be 24,000 they jacked it to 29,000) Dirty car with scratches( perry said the carwash was broken) Empty gas tank Illegally signed my name on the title More
