Perry was high-energy and likable, which I appreciated. However, once I got to finance, I was presented with a $2,800 fee for manufacturer add-ons that Perry had not explained. Richard agreed to remove those charges if I signed up for the warranty. Then, while reviewing the contract, I found that the payment terms were incorrect, which would have resulted in more than $2,000 in additional interest. That mistake had to be corrected later through DocuSign. I was also told that all-weather mats were included as part of my deal. Perry said he would call me to let me know, but I never received that call. When I went to service to pick them up, I was treated as though I was asking for something that had not been promised. I ultimately had to go to parts and get the mats myself and install them on my own. The saving grace is that I do like the car.
