We knew exactly what we were looking for and he wasted no time showing us what we asked for (instead of trying to sell us on others) and was quick and efficient at answering our questions and showing us our options. We even left at one point to look at another dealership because the out the door price was a little more than we were hoping to spend (which we knew going into it) but ultimately returned and bought from them because of the high level of care and attention they place on both the customer and product. We would highly recommend and we love our “new to us” car! More

When I expressed an interest in the 2018 Audi TTRS, he quickly went to work to satisfy all my expectations with the car of my dreams. I honestly think that he was as excited about me getting the vehicle as I was. He made a couple of great suggestions when purchasing the vehicle such as window tinting and applying a clear bra wrap on the exterior of the front half of the vehicle to keep the paint on the vehicle in pristine condition. I would also like to send a shout out to Kyle Andes, the Audi IT guy, for his knowledge and patience with me in explaining the high-tech operations of the vehicle. More

This isn't like a traditional dealership, from the beginning everybody greets you with a welcoming smile. The sales associates are very well informed with the vehicles they are selling as well with helping you through the entire car purchasing process. They made sure the car I was purchasing was the right one for me, as well as making sure its reliable. The financial director walked me through everything very clearly so I had no questions. Since this first audi purchase I will not be purchasing another vehicle brand outside of Audi. I would recommend Audi of Charlotte for your next new or pre-owned vehicle. More

We bought the car from this dealership only because it was the only one in the area that had the car that was exactly what we wanted in terms of color and accessories. This manager had such an attitude, we almost walked out!! We spent a lot of money on this car. One would expect to get a certain level of customer service from a Manager. Quincy delivered that. Not going there for service or ever to buy car again!!!!! More
