One of the best Walter was the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I’ve purchased many cars before and the experience can often be quite dreadful but Walter was the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. I’ve purchased many cars before and the experience can often be quite dreadful but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. From the moment we walked into the dealership and Walter greeted us I knew things would be different. Affable, attentive and knowledgeable Walter made this a most positive experience. I actually went to Audi of Charlotte because of a very negative experience from the previous audi dealership where I purchased my Q7 so I had some reservations. Thankfully, Walter was the antithesis of that and more. We would really like to thank him for making this such an easy experience. More

First Audi I've Had - Great Experience I've never owned an Audi before, but had heard great things about them. Needing a new car but not sure whether I'd go BMW, Lexus or Infinity I stoppe I've never owned an Audi before, but had heard great things about them. Needing a new car but not sure whether I'd go BMW, Lexus or Infinity I stopped in at Audi of Charlotte. Ernesto convinced me that the Audi was the car I was looking for. Fortunately, they had the exact model I was looking for and we quickly came to a mutually agreeable price. Ernesto easily answered all of my questions and the financing process was relatively painless. An excellent experience! More

I instinctively do not enjoy shopping for a car and to be honest we weren't intending to purchase a car that day, but the service and selection at Audi of Charlotte won us over. Rich was never pushy and his knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for Audi and its cars was impressive. He listened to our prerequisites and pointed out each way the car met them on our test drive. He truly knows his stuff. So, what started out as an introduction for to an Audi Q5 (which my husband had looked at previously at other dealers), turned into a purchase. We felt very comfortable with the condition of the car and Rich explained everything very well. I appreciated his dedication to making us happy. More

Exemplary Service!! I was looking for a new vehicle over the course of several months and had visited multiple dealerships in the area. Audi of Charlotte, Audi of North L I was looking for a new vehicle over the course of several months and had visited multiple dealerships in the area. Audi of Charlotte, Audi of North Lake, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Honda, Toyota etc... After several visits to Audi of Charlotte working with Richard Gouhin, it was his exemplary Service, product knowledge and his flexibility to even meet up on his day off was the deciding factor in my purchase of an Audi Q5 specifically from this location. After testing the waters at several other dealership's, Richard Gouhin clearly has customer service at the top of his list! More

Not sure how to feel Having family members who bought Mercedes and BMWs .. I guess I set the bar high with what I expected with the buying experience here as well, which w Having family members who bought Mercedes and BMWs .. I guess I set the bar high with what I expected with the buying experience here as well, which was my fault. It was overall a “meh” experience. Max was great at showing us the Q7 we wanted and with the test drive. Come day of picking up our car, we waited for awhile, but that’s minor. Lack of communication across service and sales, I treated my car with xzilon the next day and when i went in for my “appointment” service dept had no idea who i was or what i was doing there, but luckily they paged Max and he clarified. Lastly, my car’s driver side door handle was not aligned well (something not fun on a new car) so my husband had to go down yet again the next day with an “appointment” which they almost made him come back because they were busy. However, my husband said they were rather embarrassed they didn’t catch the handle issue and fixed it right away. The vehicle itself is amazing and just wish I had a little better of a buying/service experience. More
