In my search I came across the Audi TT for sale at Audi of Charlotte. My experience began with an inquiry online. Erika was very helpful in acting as a liason and setting up an appointment to test drive the Audi TT. From there I met Tobias who was incredible. He made the experience about me and did all possible to accommodate my needs. Kyle did an excellent job of showing me how to operate my TT and helped me set up everything from linking my phone to helping program my garage door opener. This was something I hadn't experienced when purchasing vehicles previously. It was nice to drive away with a solid understanding of the vehicle I'd purchased. Peppi did a terrific job of going over my purchase options and detailed everything in a way that helped me make the correct decision for me. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the service I received from start to finish. More

His knowledge of the car that we ended up buying, a Q5, was evident from the first. He quickly sat with us in the showroom car and gave us the bigger picture. He honed into what we cared about, showed interest in our concerns and experiences, and talked to us about our price range without any unnecessary questions, We took a great test drive where he began to unfold all of the features of the car. He was polite, interested and went beyond our expectations for the time we took to take it all in. He was pleasant and accepting when we left to look at another brand of car to compare.
