First, our sales specialist, Nathanel Gomez, was superb, kind, professional, caring and friendly. He went out of his way to satisfy us and ensured we were happy with the SUV we bought. It was not an easy buying experience due to our "credit" but they made it possible for us to leave with the SUV we chose!! Trust us when we tell you that they do care for their customers... We also want to mention the following Hgreg staff whom were also AWESOME and we can thank them enough for such EXCELLENT Customer Service!!!: Pedro and Moses (Sales Managers), Tommy (General Manager), Elizabeth (Service Department), Luis and Jonathan (Finance). Wasted my time. Harassed me about coming in then offered less than half of bluebook for my vehicle. Went to another dealer, which I told them I would and they didn't seem to care, and got a waaaay better offer and deal. Wasted my time here. More

My husband bought a car from Pedro around 7 months ago. The process over all, went well. The first week was a lot of ups and downs, on the drive home from the dealership the car started having issues, afte The process over all, went well.
