From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, they were responsive in real time (and evenings and weekends!). They were extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. My transaction was a little complicated as we had co-lessees in different cities, and they could not have made it more seamless. I was working with 5 other Hyundai dealerships concurrently, and sadly their employees were rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about making a deal or closing new business. Pedro and August made the process easy and were joys to work with. Even days after I leased my new vehicle, they were checking in to make sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service is practically nonexistent these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to not only get an AMAZING deal on the vehicle I wanted, but to receive customer service that truly defined going “above and beyond”. Their attention to detail and hard work to get me the deal that would fit my budget in the vehicle I wanted were exceptional. As long as I own a Hyundai, I will return to Temecula Hyundai.
