In late February 2024 I purchased an X4, by May the car needed repairs and as of today, AUGUST 16, the car is still with Ramsey in the repair shop! I was told SEVERAL times the parts are on the way but thr needed repairs and as of today, AUGUST 16, the car is still with Ramsey in the repair shop! I was told SEVERAL times the parts are on the way but three months is a long time to wait on parts! They are liars and I will never purchase another car from them, EVER! More

The fact that this vehicle is a week old and it had to be brought in for service and stay for over a week is unacceptable. This said, the service team was courteous and helpful. Amazing dealership, I just did not think my salesman was the best, didn’t care to work any possible deals or take the initiative to inform about certain features, that the wheel lock was not included or tir the best, didn’t care to work any possible deals or take the initiative to inform about certain features, that the wheel lock was not included or tire insurance. All in all, the dealership was amazing and beautiful but I felt like I lead the sale and wish my salesperson took more initiative to make the sale 125% perfect instead of what feels like doing a quick sale to collect some commission.
