He made me feel comfortable as he advocated for me to make a deal that worked best for me and what I needed. Once arriving at the dealership, I was pleased to see my new vehicle parked out front, detailed and ready to go. I was greeted promptly by another rep Niko, who somehow knew exactly who I was and taken right to Pavlo. We looked over the vehicle together and I was able to make the decision to move forward and move right into finance with no wait. Tammy the Finance Manager had everything ready to go for me to make this process painless. Total, I was a the dealership for no longer than 35 minutes. Like I said, painless, convenient and pleasurable. The dealership was incredibly clean and nothing seems out of place. The staff treated me with professionalism throughout.
