I just bought a 2019 Chevy Traverse LT from Napleton's Northlake CDJR and had a great experience! Paolo Cifuentes was my Sales Associate and he was more than helpful. While we took a test drive he was goi Northlake CDJR and had a great experience! Paolo Cifuentes was my Sales Associate and he was more than helpful. While we took a test drive he was going over all of the features of the vehicle and was asking me what I was looking for in a car. He helped me get the exact car I was shopping for at the price I wanted to pay. He was patient with all of my questions and explained the whole process along the way. I also had the pleasure of working with the Sales Manager, Eric Lewanda. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Once I bought my car I worked with Mark Rapp who made the financing process look effortless. He was so friendly, explained everything I was signing, and was so organized and efficient. This was my first time buying a car from this dealership and I would 100% buy from them again! Thank you, Paolo, Eric, and Mark! More

--AVOID THIS PLACE-- My daughter was looking at a Nissan Rogue they have listed. We called and asked two different people about the additional fees. Florida loves to tack on fees(in our state it's re Nissan Rogue they have listed. We called and asked two different people about the additional fees. Florida loves to tack on fees(in our state it's regulated), and wanted to know the total cost of the vehicle. We were told by both Paolo(the VIP Sales Manager)and Sebastian(salesman) that the only fee would be the $899 dealership fee. I clearly repeated it both times, then did the math and repeated it again to both of them. Both verified that would be the total cost since we live out of state, we would pay tax and registration in our state at our local DMV. She applies for financing, tells them she will put down 2-3000$. Car is 16999 + 899=17898, minus 3000 down is a total of 14898$. They call back and say her monthly payment would be 460$ at 16% for 72 months. We expected the higher interest rate as she's never had a car loan before. I tell them there's no way a car loan for 15000 is 460 a month, to please email me the breakdown of the numbers because something is off and not adding up. After several other people call asking us why we want the breakdown of numbers and we explain, we finally get an answer from Marcos as to why it's so high. They added on a reconditioning fee of 3000$. I explain that we asked two different people about additional fees, and was not told about this fee. It's also not listed in their advertisement on their website or on AutoTrader, but the other fees are. Marcos says the car must have had work done on it. Okay, please tell me what all was done to the vehicle as it had just been sold in June, and was returned 18 days later. If there's an issue with the vehicle I would like to know, and I want to know exactly what was done. He says he'll get back to me. According to Carfax, they've not completed any work since March. We waited several hours(5 to be exact), and finally left to go eat dinner. We still hadn't heard what work was done. He calls while we are out to dinner--right at the dealerships closing time, so I missed the call as the restaurant is loud. I call him this morning, and leave a message. At 7pm tonight someone calls back, but didn't leave a message. Not sure if it was Marcos or not. We still don't know what work was completed, what is wrong with the car, etc. I told him yesterday I feel like we were completely bamboozled, and tricked. I feel like they are hiding information, and must think we're stupid and wouldn't notice that substantial price difference. We also STILL haven't received an exact breakdown of the numbers. Even with the additional 3000$ hidden fee, it still doesn't come out to 460$ a month. We will move on to a different dealership, this place is shady as all get out. Not to mention we've talked to at least 7 different people there. No one seems to know what the other person is doing. We had one lady call us, when I started to explain we were working with someone, she hung up in my face. Not to mention the mileage on the vehicle isn't accurate. It actually has 10,000 more miles than listed per the photo of the odometer they posted. Bad customer service, shady, lying in their ads, no one can give you answers they just pass you from person to person. Too many red flags for us. More
