Lazaro was great. He has great customer service skills and is very willing to assist. Unfortunately once I dropped my vehicle off I did not hear from anyone for four days. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday, early AM, for an oil change and to address recalls. I was told I would hear back Monday. I did not hear back and went in late Tuesday to follow up. My vehicle was then ready for pick ip the following day. More
